Nanihi conducts workshops covering a broad spectrum of topics aimed towards personal and professional development of participants.
Events by Nanihi adopt a holistic approach by bringing people together to share a common experience, in order to facilitate individual growth through group activities and interactive workshops.
RECBT Training : 2nd to 4th June & 9th to 11th June, 2017
The NANIHI Center along with In Vivo- Mumbai Center for RECBT, bring to you a 36 hour intensive training on Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT), in two levels: Primary and Advanced.

Dysphagia Workshop : 27th May, 2017
The Dysphagia workshop helps identify swallowing problems across patient populations and planning interventions for Occupational Therapy and Speech language pathology students and professionals.

Prabhjot holds a Masters in Occupation Therapy with a specialization in Neurosciences. She has 7 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation with emphasis in hand therapy, cognitive perceptual rehabilitation, visual training, functional rehabilitation and is also certified in dysphagia therapy.
Jung In : 26th May to 27th May, 2017
Nanihi Centre organizes a two day workshop on introduction to Jungian theory and techniques in therapy. The workshop will employ experiential techniques and will enable participants to experience Jungian techniques in action. The workshop highlights conceptual and structural changes and introduces participants to identifying specific diagnostic criteria for each disorder as outlined in the manual.

Dr. Natasha D’Cruz is a practicing psychologist/ psychotherapist/trainer and coach with a doctorate degree in Psychology. She has been trained extensively by people from across the globe to amalgamate her passion for creative arts and psychology.

NANIHI Center’s Train the Trainer workshop helps trainers find the tools to work with, the tricks in the bag to play with and help develop the innate qualities to connect with an audience, effectively.
It aims to help you find your uniqueness as a trainer by going through some experiential and exploratory processes.
About the trainer
Neeta Garg is a Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in counseling, coaching, mentoring, consulting, training and education. She has worked in various industries across all ages and populations: at private hospitals, educational institutes, public sector organisations, private corporates, international EAPs and cross cultural agencies, the media industries and NGOs.
Family nutrition : 13th May, 2017
Nutrition is essential at every stage of life, in a family unit, more so. This program is about establishing good and better habits in terms of lifestyle by adults for the better health of the entire family.
About the trainer
Gauri Shingote is a Registered Dietitian and a specialist in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from Benedictine University, Illinois, USA and is an ACE certified fitness personal trainer and certified fitness nutrition specialist.
Fitness and Skills : 3rd to 29th May, 2017
Nanihi in association with CrossFit Chakra using physical activity and fitness under the supervision of fitness experts and psychologist, we’ll work on improving attention and reducing hyperactivity and impulsivity in your child.
About the trainer
Pavan Jani, founder and Head Coach of CrossFit Chakra (Pune’s first CrossFit affiliated gym). He has trained many professionals in his 8 years of professional training experience. A certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Olympic Weight Lifting Coach, Kettlebell Trainer and Ace Certified Personal Trainer.
Summer I.S.C.O.O.L Camp : 1 May – 14 May, 2017
Summer I.S.C.O.O.L Camp is a fun learning experience for kids curated and conducted by professional counsellors. The ten day camp is aimed at skill development for children aged 3 to 12 years.
The camp will feature a wide range of fun activities for children of similar age groups to play and learn, have fun, make friends and develop communication skills, social awareness, empathy & more.

Fitness & Skills

If your child is always on the go and can’t sit still, is fidgety and impulsive, we’ve got the right behavioural program for him/her.
Using physical activity and fitness under the supervision of fitness experts and psychologists, we’ll work on improving attention and reducing hyperactivity and impulsivity in your child.
About the trainer:

Join us for an interactive workshop on the mysteries of love and ways to understand the mechanics of human relationships. The workshop will cover topics like ‘why relationships fail’ and ‘how to achieve closure when a relationship has passed’.

NANIHI Centre along with Alpha to Omega Learning Centre, Chennai brings you a one week intensive training program as an introduction to specific learning disabilities.
The program will cover 6 modules on Informal Assessment, aimed to educate parents and special education professionals on suitable intervention techniques. Don’t prescribe weight-loss : 21 April – 22 April, 2017
Don’t prescribe weight-loss is a workshop aimed at offering health professionals more insight into weight-loss programs. The goal of the program is to offer a more balanced view on the specific drawbacks of prescribing a diet plan, and how weight loss is not necessarily a path to better health.

Understanding Misbehaviour : 8 April, 2017
Understanding Misbehaviour is a workshop conducted by Nanihi to help parents better understand their child’s misbehaviour, in order to implement positive intervention and strategies to encourage behavioural correction.
The workshop will explore strategies for dealing with the challenges of being a parent, in order to offer insight into how each family member influences the behaviour of children.

Dr. Natasha D’Cruz is a Clinical Psychologist/ Expressive Arts Researcher and Trainer with several years of experience working with children of all ages.
The Person Centred Approach :17 March – 19 March, 2017
Join us at The Person Centred Approach workshop that is aimed at imparting awareness in regards to the person centred theory, practiced by counsellors. The event aims to share understanding on key concepts of person centred personality theory, as well as new developments in the counselling process.
The workshop will enable participants to link theoretical concepts to person centred counselling practices, while increasing self-awareness in relation to empathy and acceptance.
